My husband and I ordered a portrait of his grandmother where she was depicted as a queen.
From our initial inquiry to the delivery of the portrait, the seller was responsive to our questions and requests.
Moreover, our whole family loves the portrait. It was very important to us that the portrait was not cartoonish or silly,
because we wanted her (my husband's grandmother) to be feel good about how she looked.
One of the first things she said when she saw the gift was, "I look so beautiful!"
We will be ordering another portrait in the future!

Vicky is amazing. I brought her a random reference photo and photos of 4 family dogs and she made this masterpiece. She was very professional, easy to work with, extremely accommodating to what we were looking for and most importantly, she is unbelievably talented. The picture of this painting does it no justice, in person it is incredible. My parents are so excited, this was the best Christmas present of the year. Thank you Vicky!

The painting was ordered as a gift. Vicky was so very responsive to my questions and gave me options for the clothing by sending me multiple photos to choose from. After bsending me pictures of the finished painting to approve ,I made some revisions which were done quickly and to my specific request. The painting is very high quality and I am so pleased with the end product. I chose the gallery wrap so it can be hung without a frame if we choose! I highly recommend this artist!!

I never write reviews unless it was an extreme success or extreme disappointment. This entire order was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Vicki responded to my messages within 15 minutes every time, kept me in the loop with everything, contacted me for all progress made, gave me options for different looks of my painting, started-completed-shipped within 2 weeks and the quality was EXTRAORDINARY!!! I thought for the price and timeliness of this piece the quality may be a little off... I was so wrong. It's just so cute! I got one for my own pets. And I bought another two for my parents-in-law's cats, too. The customer service is very patient with me too. Since my in-laws are Ukrainian, so I asked if they could paint the cats wearing Ukrainian traditional dresses, and they did! It turns out to be really beautiful and amazing!

Vicky is so talented and working with her was so wonderful! She did several mock-ups and tweaked them according to my suggestions. She communicated with me during every step of the process, keeping me updated and checking that I was happy with the results.
The portrait arrived quickly and in perfect condition. When I saw the portrait in person, I was blown away by the quality of it. It really does capture the essences of my fur babies! My husband absolutely loved it.
I chose to get the portrait framed at a local business. The employees there were very impressed with the portrait too!
