Delivery Time

Delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it, which generally takes 4 weeks.

It usually takes 2 weeks to complete a painting, but it may take 3 weeks, depending on the size of the artwork and the complexity of the painting. If we expect the delivery to take longer we will notify you of any delays.

All products will be sent through DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS, usually 3-7 working days, this can vary slighting depending on worldwide location. We will not be held responsible or offer any form of refund for delays in the delivery of your portrait as this is due to a third party and is out of our control. and we will send you a delivery tracking number so that you may check the delivery progress online.



You are able to cancel your order without incurring any charges any time before shipping.

Once your painting is complete, we will send you a photo of the piece to look at. If you are not happy after viewing the photo of the painting you can ask for modificationswe do modifications free of charge! Before final approval, you can cancel the order for a full refund

Please check the packaging on the portrait upon receipt. If the painting is damaged please contact the courier company directly and obtain a complaint reference. Please also notify us within forty eight hours of receiving the portrait. If the damage cannot be fixed, we will make a new art work for you free of charge. The turnaround of the re-paint will be similar to the initial painting.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
